God's Own Country · Kerala
A restored heritage estate on Kerala's backwaters — exclusively yours.
i.
The estate is never shared. Every stay is a private takeover — the house, pool, pavilions and gardens are yours alone.
ii.
Cooks, housekeepers and boatmen who have been with the house for years look after everything, discreetly and warmly.
iii.
Backwater canoes, village tea houses, temple mornings and Ayurvedic treatments — arranged around your own rhythm.

The Estate
Hidden among coconut palms and jackfruit trees, Indian Summer House is a traditional Kerala home restored with rosewood, clay tile and hand-poured oxide floors — and opened, generously, to the garden on every side.
Verandas wrap the house. Carved temple guardians stand in the greenery. Days pass between the pool, the reading chairs and the long lunch table.

The Pool & Pavilions
A generous private pool sits in a clearing of palms, with a shaded pavilion for long afternoons, checked cotton towels rolled and waiting, and loungers under the trees.
By evening, the great open-sided hall becomes the heart of the house — lamplit dinners, music, and the sound of the garden.

“We came for a week and stayed in our memories for years. The house doesn't feel like a hotel — it feels like the Kerala home you wish your family had.”A returning guest

Your Hosts
The house comes with the people who make it sing: cooks who shop the morning market and grind their own masalas, housekeepers who remember how you take your coffee, and boatmen who know every bend of the river.
